If Windows 10 Enterprise was previously activated on your device, your copy of Windows 10 will be activated automatically. If you’re ready to activate, you select Activation Settings, then you click Change product key to enter a Windows 10 Enterprise product key. To activate Windows 10 Enterprise, you need a digital license or a product key.
